Jennifer Seif (she/her) is the editor of Education Forum, the award-winning magazine published by OSSTF/FEESO. Based in Toronto, she works in communications and political action, helping shape conversations on public education, labour, equity, and social justice across Ontario. Through Education Forum, Jennifer brings forward diverse perspectives, contemporary educational issues, and stories that reflect the experiences of educators and communities.
Jennifer holds a Master of Education specializing in Adult Education and Digital Technologies. Her work reflects a commitment to education, equity, and thoughtful public engagement.

Audrey Bourque is the Publications Manager and Art Director of Education Forum magazine, leading visual direction and production across print and digital platforms. From Québec to Vancouver, and now based in Toronto, she specializes in editorial design, digital publishing (WordPress and Action Network), events, and campaign communications, creating accessible publications and visuals that amplify the voices of OSSTF/FEESO members. She has contributed to major campaigns such as No Cuts to Education, which travelled across Ontario and received media coverage.
Her work has received six professional awards, including First Place for Best Design Publication from the International Labor Communications Association and a People’s Choice Award from the Canadian Association of Labour Media.

Juliana Bandeira (she/her) is a Brazilian-born, Toronto-based graphic designer and illustrator whose work is rooted in storytelling. She translates ideas into thoughtful, cohesive visual concepts that make the world feel more colourful, meaningful, and engaging.
A Senior Graphic Designer at OSSTF/FEESO, Juliana has collaborated with clients across Canada and internationally, including Parks Canada, the Public Policy Forum, and MaRS. She is also the co-founder of DrawingTO, an art collective created to explore, share, and experiment with different art materials alongside a creative community. Juliana is passionate about art, activism, cooking, and her very cute son, Akin.

Mark Anthony Rudder is an award-winning Senior Graphic Designer at OSSTF/FEESO who is committed to excellence in design, branding and communication. He is an experienced innovative and inventive designer and marketing specialist dedicated to shaping cohesive, memorable brands, crafting visuals and campaigns that communicate purpose, spark emotion, and build long‑term audience connection.
Skilled in branding, video editing, motion graphics, editorial design, event marketing, website design, social media marketing, print and digital marketing, he brings a multidisciplinary approach to crafting content that resonates with audiences and supports strategic goals.

Jocelyn Gauthier is a Translator-Reviser/Coordinator at OSSTF/FEESO, specializing in English-to-French translation. After obtaining a Bachelor in the Sciences of Language at Laurentian University, he spent 20 years in translator and senior coordinator roles for the Ministry of Health and Long-term Care, in Kapuskasing, before moving to Toronto in 2013. He ensures that the organization’s publications, resources, and communications are accurate, clear, and culturally appropriate for Francophone audiences. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to linguistic excellence, he helps make information accessible to members across Ontario. In his leisure time, he enjoys spoiling his four grandkids, Zavier, Adélie, Olivier, and Charlie.

Diane Epassa is a Translator at OSSTF/FEESO. She is also an editor and a writer specializing in English and Spanish to Canadian French. With more than 10 years of experience, she brings precision, cultural sensitivity, and creativity to her work. Currently pursuing a PhD in Francophone Studies, she explores the connections between language, culture, identity, and storytelling. Her creative interests include writing, painting, singing, and psychology.
